Erica is a master's degree student majoring in Technology Application and Human Resource Development at NTNU. She also has a bachelors degree about Educational Technology from TKU. She completed for a course of study as prescribed by the Business Training and e-Learning Program in college.Erica has a positive attitude also a vivacious girl and she is a communicator who also good at teamwork. She is also adaptive that can learn new things quickly and can fit new environment.Erica is enthusiastic about eHRD. She has more experience in HR Training .She was be an associate in HR.
