She is an educator and presenter, with proven systems for elevating body confidence and activating success acceleration.As the President of The Yoga Clinic, Erica writes, trains, and delivers adaptive yoga curriculum and services for medical practitioners, clients, and teachers.Erica is a Forrest Yoga Guardian, a senior teacher hand-selected by Ana Forrest to pass along the Forrest Yoga legacy. In the thousands of hours she's logged apprenticing with Ana, and in the thousands of hours logged teaching group and private classes, Erica has amassed a body of knowledge about injury and illness that is rare within the field of yoga. This fieldwork created the groundwork for her book and her weight and beauty inclusive approach to teaching and trainings.
