I am an award winning Art Education Specialist at Fulton County Schools, where I have been working for over 19 years. I have an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia State University, a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Central Michigan University, and a B.A. in Art Education from Temple University. I am passionate about creating and supporting inclusive, differentiated, and positive rapport-building strategies through relationship building as an instructional tool, with sociocultural and socioemotional learning foundations.As an Art Education Specialist, I plan, organize, and create curriculum-based, standard assessments for the Visual Arts department, using appropriate, equitable, and inclusive language and grading scales.
