I received my M.A. in Professional Counseling from Central Michigan University. I have experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and extensive trauma history. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including individuals seeking substance abuse treatment as well as the correctional population. My training has included crisis intervention, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM), as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I aspire to help others reach their mental health goals and potential.
