About Erica Shaw

Erica is an award-winning producer and production manager with 20+ years of experience in the film, television, media and higher education industries. As founder of EpEc – Everyday People, Everyday Creativity, Erica designs and facilitates unique workshops for a roster of corporate and personal clients using Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and FourSight® frameworks. She is also serves as Secretary on the Reelworld Screen Institute Board and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the Association of Registered Graphic Designers. As Manager of the Creative Studio at Sheridan College, Erica leads print/graphic designers, editorial staff, video production teams and teaches part-time in the Faculty of Applied Humanities and Social Sciences and the Pilon School of Business.
