*Interview, advise, and guides a diverse population of associates to ascertain employability*Interpret and explain regulations, rules, policies, and procedures to associates as I dispatched to industrial work sites (welding, warehouse & construction)*Administered the onboarding process of newly hired employees by initiating pre-employment checks, drug screening and first day orientations*Managed public and private employers in order to develop on-the-job training*Conducted a thorough investigation on complaints brought forward by employers, such as discrimination claims and policy violations, and came up with immediate and prompt resolutions*Sourced candidates through online channels, wrote job ads for current openings*Generate objective interview questions automatically for each candidate to pinpoint job fit and caution areas.*Sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience*Attended mixers, career fairs and hosted job hiring events
