I am an attorney with Elsberry & Shively, P.C., specializing in Criminal Defense and Family Law. With over five years of experience, I have represented hundreds of clients. My extensive experience in criminal law has resulted in a winning record and a portfolio of work that includes representation from misdemeanor crimes and infractions to AA Felony representation. My favorite cheeky joke about Pleasant Lake is that it is so small that if I put the people of that town in a jury box, I would have seats to spare. I have been in Bismarck since 2008 and am active both in the State Bar Association and the community. I am currently the Athletic Director for Bismarck Special Olympics and am passionate about the organization's mission and the folks it serves. In my free time I like to travel, work in my yard, read, and spend time on the river. It is also my dream to write and publish a book someday.
