Expanded role to include Treasury in addition to FP&A, Investor Relations & ESG

Expanded role to include managing the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) team at CyberArk in addition to leading the Investor Relations & ESG functions. Worked with the financial planning and analysis team to incorporate an outside in view of the financial metrics and reporting. Worked cross functionally to extend business partners roles with FP&A team.

Head of Investor Relations & ESG at CyberArk (Nasdaq: CYBR), the leading identity security company. Implemented the Company's first investor relations and ESG programs. Supported finance team as they scaled the FPA function. Work closely with the senior executive team and Board of Directors as a trusted advisor regarding shareholder engagement, communicating, implementing strategic initiatives and building more sustainability into the Company's operations and strategy. Provide key insights to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. Serve as spokesperson with the investment community. Member of CyberArk's 5 person Program Management Office that helped guide the Company's transformation from a perpetual license to a subscription business model. Led the internal and external communication as the company's Founder & CEO transitioned to Executive Chair and the COO became the Chief Executive Officer.

Joined Demandware prior to initial public offering, helping position the company with the investment company during the IPO process including defining metrics and competitive position. Built Demandware's first investor relations program. Worked cross functionally to help drive all strategic communications including mergers and acquisitions, leadership changes and strategy execution. Lead the strategic / critical communications program.
