As the Director of Development and Donor Engagement at Basin PBS, I lead all aspects of fundraising and donor relations to support our mission of enriching the Permian Basin community through high-quality programming and services. My responsibilities include planning and implementing annual giving programs, securing corporate underwriting sponsors, and organizing special fundraising events. I work closely with the CEO to develop and execute our annual operational budget, identify fundraising priorities, and align development activities with our programming. I also cultivate relationships with major donors and build a volunteer community to enhance our outreach and fundraising efforts.

Erica Thomas served as the Department Chair for the History Department at Goddard Junior High School. In addition to this role, she took on various responsibilities within the school community. She was an advisor for the Student Council, oversaw the National Junior Honor Society, assumed the role of Team Leader, and collaborated with World Strides to organize educational trips for students to Washington D.C. and New York. Her diverse contributions highlight her commitment to education and leadership.
