Holmesglen is a large and diverse vocational and higher education provider offering more than 600 programs of study through its four major campuses in Melbourne. Over 50,000 domestic and international student enrolments are processed and maintained each year by the Registry.As Registrar I am part of the Leadership Group, and responsible for leadership of effective administrative service delivery for the institute, including business owner of the Student Management Systems and their operational support teams, the activities and functions of the Student Information Hubs, enrolment, cashiering, student administration and student records maintenance, Graduations and Ceremonies, Government Compliance Reporting, Timetabling, Switchboard and Mailroom.Between 2012 and 2014 I was directly involved as the Business Lead in the successful implementation of the new Student Management System, Banner, and the new timetabling system, Syllabus Plus Enterprise.

Swinburne is a large multi sector university of technology with campuses in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and in South East Asia.As Manager of Continuing Education my responsibilities included strategic planning, leadership and management of the departments delivering public short courses and industry non credit programs from the vocational sector, and management of the conference centres of the university.
