For the past five years, I have held a property management role at Mond Properties, where I oversaw the acquisition, management, and strategic optimization of multifamily properties. My work involved developing and implementing plans to enhance portfolio performance, while also building strong relationships with investors, lenders, brokers, and tenants to ensure long-term success.Beyond my expertise in real estate, I have a deep passion for boating, competitive sailboat racing and STEM education. I am a US Coast Guard licensed captain and the proud owner of Great Lakes Sailing, a premier sailing school in Chicago. At Great Lakes Sailing, I offer lessons, crew development, and team-building programs to improve sailing skills, build confidence, and promote teamwork. Through this platform, I am particularly dedicated to empowering youth girls by promoting STEM through sailing. I actively teach women to sail, introducing them to the fundamentals of marine science, navigation, and engineering, and encouraging them to pursue careers in STEM fields.Additionally, I am passionate about giving back to my community. I volunteer with nonprofit organizations in the areas of sailing & real estate. These experiences have shaped my commitment to service, community, and mentorship, driving my passion to inspire and equip the next generation of leaders on and off the water.
