Howdy! My name is Erica and as a Project Manager lead at Kavaliro, I oversee multiple Salesforce projects for enterprise and international clients. I ensure each project is implemented with quality, efficiency, and alignment with our clients' goals and budget. I also manage a team of technical support specialists who provide ongoing maintenance and optimization of our client’s Salesforce orgs. I leverage my skills and certifications in Salesforce, Jira, and agile methodologies to create and execute project plans, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve issues and risks.Before joining Kavaliro, I worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for various organizations that provide services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. I also mentored and supported new hires and supervisees in their career development. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to help improve the lives of others.
