Worked directly with Bill to grow his Real Estate business. Responsible for designing, creating & distributing all online & printed marketing materials. Hired as the receptionist and quickly worked my way to Administrative Assistant where I supported 10 - 15 Real Estate Agents. Provided each individual Agent with support for their listings, managed under contract files, everything related to the WFRMLS (Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service) and marketing. I was also responsible for, or assisted with, internal RE/MAX Associates Corporate projects to improve business and operations processes, including a revamp of all internal documents. Created system to reduce error rates on Real Estate listings in the WFRMLS. Assisted management with financial projects and policy improvements.
