I was a co-op in the Quality department at Kimberly-Clark's operations headquarters. I primarily worked in Family Care which includes all bath tissues, facial tissues, wet wipes, and paper towels.- Completed Quality Production Plan for 2018 Shareholder Gift Box and trained Contract Packager to standard - Developed and deployed focused curriculum for new mill quality leaders in North America- Ensured consistency of supplier profiles for North American Family Care- Procured equipment and created standard for measuring inconsistent, color non-conformances within the body of tissue products- Developed unique, report generating templates for 7 mills across North America

Kick started three programs to increase presence and impact on campus: a mentorship program, a tutoring program, and a community outreach program.

- Planned and organized the 2018 Annual IISE Picnic for all IEM students and faculty- Attended two years of regional and national conferences- Won the top IISE scholarship for female industrial engineers

- Managed club finances- Led club meetings for up to 100 people- Oversaw Fundraising Chair and Networking Chair- Organized and executed a complete restructure of our student chapter

- Organized, planed, and promoted fundraising events- Raised $10,000 through fundraising events and fund applications- Led club's first ever crowd funding platform- Volunteered within the community: installed an attic ladder, assembled a solar paneled bus stop, and re-painted a shed to name a few
