Post-acquisition role within the Lumen content delivery product team. Led global product marketing for a portfolio of a dozen products: positioning, customer journey, sales enablement, visibility, etc. Team of 20 direct and dotted-line reports in the US, EMEA and APAC.

Acquired by Lumen Technologies (formerly Level3) in 2019, Streamroot created a new market for hybrid content delivery systems.As the company’s first employee, I had a cross-functional role at the intersection of marketing, sales, product and operations. Working alongside our CEO, I established and executed our international go-to-market strategy. I built our global marketing function from the ground up including brand, visual identity, product / digital marketing, acquisition, PR, and events. I also oversaw a tiered partnership strategy and managed operations and reporting for all revenue-generating functions.

Assisted startups in strategy, finance, law, marketing, and operations. Projects included:- Business plan, cost analysis, market research, patent drafting and filing, contractual documentation (articles of association, commercial agreements), and marketing tools for a French startup in the hospitality industry.- Feasibility studies, market research, and business development for a Philadelphia-based experiential marketing agency looking to expand its activities into the wine industry.

Led operations, project management, and marketing, including managing in-house team and network of freelancers. Streamlined processes from prospection to invoicing and implemented tools to simplify workflows.

In the Mergers & Acquisitions department: contract, framework agreement and commercial lease drafting; due diligence for cross-border mergers; memoranda on jurisprudence and complex legal issues.
