I strive to go above and beyond in whatever I do. As a TJX Canada employee, I work with many diverse groups of people. I have learned to effectively communicate with others, problem-solve, and provide customer service that consistently exceeds standard expectations. Each customer’s needs and personalities are unique, which is why I pride myself on providing a personalized shopping experience for every customer.The human brain has always fascinated me and is why I chose to study psychology at Brock University. I also volunteered with the Brock Psychology Society for 2 years as their Media Coordinator. I learned many valuable skills that will be an asset to any company in this technological world: managing multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and the art of virtual connections.I also have volunteer experience with the Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre Niagara (KFCACN). I had the opportunity to educate and inform Niagara's youth on how to recognize signs of human trafficking and abuse. Working with youth helped improve my knowledge translation skills, teamwork, and stress management.Overall, I am looking to expand my horizons, meet new people, and create a positive difference. I am an energetic, honest, and responsible person who is a fast learner and very adaptable to any environment. In my free time, I enjoy painting, playing sports, and cooking.
