Erica began her career working in a Specialist Engineering company where she excelled in her customer service and administration roles. These demanding positions provided Erica with valuable experience in dealing directly with high profile clients at a senior level. Erica continued her impressive career development by excelling in a senior development role and establishing new offices throughout the UK following vigorous expansion plans. As her career continued to expand, Erica was headhunted for a role in Surrey to oversee and co-ordinate various engineering projects within the area, this now providing Erica with valuable project management experience. Erica finally joined Delphic HSE in 2009 as the Operations Manager. Erica was instrumental in helping Delphic HSE implement and manage administration and financial systems to meet growing demand. Erica has been influential in the continued company growth both within the EU sector and now in Asia. The theme of career development has continued whilst at Delphic, resulting in Erica’s management of all global operational needs such as; Finance, Accounting, IT, ISO certification (9001 & 27001), Insurances, Client Services, HR and Business Administration.
