My goal is to build a strong and lasting relationship with my customers, work closely with the implementation consultants and I own the overall communication. I ensure the customer has responses to all questions, have the correct resources available and most importantly meets their implementation timelines. I love what I do, I love my customers and my goal is to give them the best experience possible while onboarding them to their world class employee experience platform!
