Before opening A Personal Elf I utilized companies in Miami that provided home services, so I appreciate what it means to need and want help at home and the great feeling when completed. I worked long hours down south therefore did not want to spend my time off cleaning, doing laundry, etc. The only thing I wanted to do was hang out with my family preferably on the boat or at the beach.At The Corradino Group I was responsible for the Production Department (always on deadlines), Administrative Staff and Building Maintenance thereby fully understanding the need for a cleaning company that is self sufficient consistently.At the building we had a company that would come every Friday to wash the cars and it was great! So my experience really comes from experiencing the other side first and trust me I took full advantage of those opportunities to have someone else do that work while I focused on my family and work that generated money!Our company goal is to build a nationwide operation giving the opportunity for other locations to the employees who help build it. I envision an operation built and owned by its own people, not for sale to anyone.
