Maintain organization utilizing Excel to create various checks and balances used to track purchase-orders and in-house inventory, while analyzing current business trends and future market forecasts.Track multi-company invoices, receive payments, maintain expense accounts, and provide upbeat, friendly client-specific customer service.

Manage basic office functions: track and purchase office supplies, manage filing systems, answer phone calls, create and mail invoices, prepare income reports and deposits.
