- Implement a combination of strategic and conceptual copywriting skills- Craft creative, on-strategy copy for campaigns across multiple channels including emails, landing pages, digital banners, social, web and mobile- Work in close partnership with designers and creative director to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and on-strategy - Brainstorm and develop seasonal messaging for retail clients- Help develop, refresh and implement brand voice guides for a broad roster of clients including a major home décor retailer, a mini bike manufacturer, pet-product manufacturer/retailer, a national restaurant chain and more across multiple platforms

- Manage, develop and distribute day-to-day editorial content on social media platforms- Execute social media campaigns for clients including program management, monitoring, content creation, curation and promotion- Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to identify channel-specific content opportunities, mix and cadence- Generate, collect and analyze metrics to identify trends and themes, optimize program strategy and content, and prepare social media reports for clients- Work with clients on a regular basis to answer questions, apply strategies and review social media campaign performance- Configure social listening tools and provide ongoing recommendations to maximize engagement- Create POVs around emerging platforms and technologies

- Develop clients’ social media strategy across multiple platform- Interface with clients and serve as the main point of contact for all social media needs- Establish and maintain consistent social media voice for 30+ brands simultaneously- Curate relevant and original content for multiple brands- Plan and manage all content calendars for clients’ brands across multiple platforms using social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sociocaster)- Design, manage and oversee all social media advertising efforts- Manage the social media budget for both the company and for each client- Manage and train clients and staff- Collaborate with PR efforts to promote events and prominent media appearances via social media channels
