Erica knew from a young age that she wanted to sell Real Estate. Her sales experience started at the ripe age of 10 when she was the top cookie sales girl in her Girl Scout troop. After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School, Erica obtained her Real Estate license + sold her first house at age 19. For the next several years she would become one of the top agents in her company, Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, earning the International Diamond Society Award. After taking a few years off to start a family + a successful small business in the food service industry, Erica decided to go back to the career that fueled her passion. With her experience in Real Estate and Business, Erica’s transition back into the marketplace has been seamless and natural.Erica’s sincere interest, curiosity and enthusiasm in meeting and understanding people provide her the means to creatively interview her customers and learn their wants + values.
