- Work at national headquarters for an educational literacy non-profit operating in 14 cities.- Lead on HR activities related to employee experience including HR orientation, exit interviews andanalysis, and workforce metrics.- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, paperwork and administrative processes. Onboarded and background-checked over 200 employees during my tenure.- Manage key information through several digital platforms and systems including our HRIS and ATS.- Streamlined, digitized and automated HR processes and documentation, such as personnel files.- Manage the HR inbox and respond to all emails within one business day, resulting in positive comments on my department’s customer service in org-wide surveys.

- Worked in a community-based program with youth 5 – 17 in the foster care system at high risk for incarceration, placement loss, or hospitalization.- Used a team approach to treatment through partnering with service providers, community members, school staff, biological families, and foster families to promote sustainable progress.- Wrote goal-oriented action plans that summarized meetings and delegated responsibilities.- Offered individualized weekly sessions to help youth achieve treatment goals addressing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other mental health disorders- Conducted interviews and designed escalation curves to inform intervention strategies for clients.

• Worked in a summer camp for children and youth aged 6-20 who struggle in mainstream schools• Supported children in building skills they needed to connect with peers, work on a team, be a leader, express themselves, and build self-confidence through their experiences on horseback• Consulted and collaborated with staff psychologists and equine therapists • Learned the value of a judgment-free learning space for children
