Managed UCLA’s off-campus housing database for landlords to post their units for rent, requiring significant contact with landlords ranging from local homeowners looking for some rental income to large property management firms.

Responsible for nightly operations of four to five drivers for the Evening Van Service, a nighttime public transit service for the UCLA community. Managed fourteen drivers in total, including recruitment, training, and administrative paperwork, as well as interacting with CSO and UCLA Transit management. Addressed internal system inefficiencies by rearranging staff schedules to maximize capacity during peak ridership times and reviewing van routes to eliminate unwarranted stops and increase route efficiency. Expanded student awareness by creating public relations and outreach efforts to various campus departments and the undergraduate Residence Halls, including designing and launching the program’s Facebook page. Increased quarterly ridership to its highest levels since Fall 2003 — 10,000 riders per quarter.
