Project: Icon Las Olas – $100 Million • Managing the entire Glazing Package, Door & Hardware Package including processing all submittals, communicating between subcontractors, scheduling and running meetings for both trades as well as other trades within the project to aid in coordination and installation in the field.• Scoping out prospective subcontractor proposals for several allowance packages such as pools, fountains, doors and hardware, and tile; including reviewing bids, building scopes of work, and writing final contracts• Maintaining and distributing all the documents for the entire project, including all plans revisions, RFIs, and PCIs to all members of the management and field team as well as the owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractors. • Tracking and logging Meeting Minutes and Monthly Reports for all Owner/ Architect/ Contractor meetings to keep track of responsibilities of each party.• Reviewing monthly pay requisitions and change orders
