Within this role, I worked with a team to create and deliver sustainable solutions, influenced by best practices across various markets and disciplines. I researched Congressional funding for HUD and worked with the Financial Services’ subcommittee on housing and community opportunities. I worked with Staff Members in a Congressional Office, attended legislative briefings, conducted Legislative research and interacted with constituents.

I worked with Executive Team Members in Real Estate Development and Investment related activities, created development and space planning proposals, worked on real estate tax appeals and used Trepp (CMBS and commercial mortgage information) for market based comparison research. I also synchronized CoStar market data and performed other necessary research.
