Conceived and developed first-ever writers’ retreat in Iceland. Wrote business plan and budget, raised sponsorship from key partners, including IcelandAir, Icelandic Ministry of Culture and Education, the Mayor of Reykjavik, US Embassy Iceland, UNESCO City of Literature, and the Icelandic Literature Center. Currently produces this annual event as well as the Iceland Readers Retreat, including North American promotion, marketing, budgets, and sales.
