RecordsOnline is a software service that provides you with 24-hour access to the courthouse records you need most. If you have access to wifi, then you have access to the court records you need. Create, edit, view, and print runsheets directly from the online plant.When you use RecordsOnline, you get access to the databases of up to 80 counties. You get full access to over 20 counties, and others are available by request. Unlike other online services, we do more than simply pass through what’s online in the Clerk’s office: we scrub the data, correcting index issues where appropriate, and allow users to create, share and archive runsheets. Our Notification Service is best-in-class; you customize as broad or specific as you wish. You'll find that our rates are quite affordable, and the 24-hour online access is a cost-effective alternative to a long trip to the courthouse to do a search. As owner and manager of RecordsOnline, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RecordsOnline staff and I am also the second-tier point of contact for large and lengthy projects that require special provisions. I work closely with RecordsOnline Business Development to ensure client satisfaction, billing accuracy and also to bring new counties online.
