Embracing a new chapter in midlife, I’ve pursued my passion for counseling, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method principles, person-centered therapy, and more. Certified as a yoga instructor, I embrace a holistic approach to therapy that integrates mind, body, and spirit. I remain deeply curious about how past experiences shape our present realities and relationships.
