OBM is still a relatively new term, so if you’re not familiar, basically think of me as a fractional operations manager. Depending on a business’ needs, I’m usually making sure tasks are systemized and documented, that projects are being tracked and everyone on the team knows what’s expected of them, and that we are keeping an eye on current KPIs and metrics as it relates to the overall goals and strategy.
