Erica is an executive leader with over 20 years of banking and operations experience. She is passionate about serving her community and developing future leaders. She began her banking career as a part-time teller in college and worked her way up through multiple banking leadership roles. Erica received her bachelor's degree with a double major in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Arkansas and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.Erica has overseen a variety of areas, including retail banking, back-office operations, digital banking, call center, accounting, product development, human resources, sales, and business development. Erica is most enthusiastic about building inclusive teams. Erica is proud to serve her community. She has volunteered in many different capacities over the years. Erica currently serves on the Junior Achievement of Arkansas state board of directors and is a past board chair. She also serves on the board of directors of the Sunshine School and Development Center.
