I directed all marketing and business development efforts for the industry leader in staffing and recruiting software solutions including product positioning and messaging, email marketing, content, tradeshows, industry partnerships, website, SEO, social media, and competitive analysis.I was the System Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Click Dimensions marketing automation solutions.

I was responsible for identifying and implementing standard internal processes and procedures across all Bond departments and consolidating and developing internal solutions used to drive those processes.I implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions across all US operations and led all efforts in business analysis, system design, customization, training, data migration, documentation, and Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) report development.I was a key member of a team that implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM across European operations and focused on business consulting, system design, customization, and SSRS report development.

I was responsible for a virtual team that delivered all implementation, training, data services, and data migration services for all new and existing customers. I led the development of consistent service offerings and methodologies across all product platforms.During this time, I was a member of a leadership team focused on the business integration of processes and resources from 3 different organizations following a merger.

I managed a team responsible for the help desk support, implementation, training, consulting, account management, migration, and report writing of new and current customers.I was a key member of a team that reorganized the company in order to gain efficiencies and reduce cost in a down economy.I was a hands-on manager and was often personally conducting customer training, migrating data, and developing custom Crystal reports when needed.I worked extensively with other departments including Sales and Marketing on customer relationship marketing and securing new sales and Product Management on software requirements and quality assurance.

As an Implementation Consultant, I was responsible for the implementation and training of new customers on CRM and applicant tracking software solutions. This included the project management of the customer's migration and implementation of new software. I also was responsible for custom report writing through Crystal reports.I was a key member of the product launch team for VCG's new flagship product and led the training and implementation efforts of the product beta program.

As Manager of Implementation and Training, I was responsible for new customer implementations as well as ongoing training for existing customers. I conducted software installation, project planning, model creation and consulting, training, report writing through Crystal reports, and best practice workforce management consulting for worldwide implementations.

Responsible for selling call center software to large corporations through telemarketing, tradeshows, and product demonstrations. Developed a sales manual incorporating market, competitor, and product analysis for the purpose of developing new and existing Account Managers.
