I have more than 15 years of combined work experience in law, M&A and operations having worked in M&A at Deloitte and as an associate at McManimon, Scotland & Bauman. I hold an LLM in taxation, a JD in law, and a BA in economics. My core competencies are in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex transactions, managing legal and operational risks, and providing strategic guidance and support to the executive team and advisory boards.
