Supervised Program Managers to ensure all contracts were performed per SOW and sought and established teaming agreements, joint ventures and strategic alliances with other large and small contractors. Created and facilitated high-level professional presentations on products and services and perform all entrepreneurial business functions including sales and operations.

Served in the United States Army National Guard in various leadership positions and performed many diverse duties. Received various decorations to include the Bronze Star and an Army Air Combat Metal for exceptional meritorious service and bravely in a combat zone. As a CH-47D pilot with over 1800 flight hours and managed company personnel as Operations Officer and performed duties as the Unit Movement Officer responsible for operational oversight, relocations, scheduling and the project management of all unit deployments. Coordinated with municipalities’, state and federal agents in accordance with military rules and regulations, Deployed 198 military vehicles, 14 CH-47D aircraft, and 213 soldiers into combat (Iraq) with 100% accountability. Managed Base Heliport in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait and coordinated operations and scheduling (e.g. 46 aircraft, ATC, 80 plus military/civilian heliport personnel, maintenance crews, airfield security, fire services, and transportation), with cross branch airport administrators to plan and schedule air missions into combat zones which increased airframe to load productivity by 31%. Also preformed duties as the unit Assistant Safety Officer and Air Mission Commander for both single and multi-ship operations. Worked with Marine combat commanders to deploy troops, equipment and supplies into Iraq. Served as Subject Matter Expert to cross service 2&3 Star Generals and combat commanders on the capabilities and flight characteristics of a combat configured CH-47D. Worked with other combat commanders to collect and analyze data to determine exposure and risk from adversaries (i.e. military strengths, intelligence, and system capabilities, etc.).
