Erica was selected as the International Spokesperson for Colors of Compassion and the Fearless Project both of which are a part of the LGBT Compassion Games, 2013. Erica is a Stonewall Veteran of the 1969 rebelllion in New York City. Erica was asked to create the 1st Tibetan Style Prayer Flag and will be present in Louisville, Kentucky for the presentation of Prayer Flags to His Holiness the Dali Lama. While there she will speak to the Louisville Youth Group. She and her husband David will carry Bhutanese Style Prayer Flags on the Stonewall Veterans float leading the New York City Pride Parade, 2013. And, on September 11, 2013 Erica will lead the march form Ground Zero to the United Nations in New York City where she will present flags to the Members of the United Nations in recognition for their Happiness Resolution and to also remind them of the millions of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender persons around the world who are still suffering extreme abuse. She and David will once again carry Bhutanese Prayer Flags. Throughout the year she will be making personal appearances and video presentations for the Fearless Project.Erica is currently completing her autobiography "Absence of Justice: The Erica Kay Story. She is also working on a Transgender Love Story titled "Through the Ages," and a Spritual Transformation Book titled "A Most Perfect Love," Reflections of a Near Death Experience at age 16. Erica is an acclaimed public speaker who speaks about the abuses faced by Transgenders and the need for education regarding a birth condition. It is her goal to continue working for equal rights for all humans through the passage of legislation for a true equal human rights act (EHRA). Erica is also a member of the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau whose goal it is to educate within our school system in attempts at ending bullying.Specialties: Public Speaker/Advocate on Transgender Rights.
