During this period, I led a team of three designers and implemented several improvements in the onboarding experience at Modal Bank (XP Inc), which were recognized and awarded as the Best Onboarding Evolution of 2022. We also achieved the 2nd place in the Best Onboarding category among traditional banks, according to the idwall ranking.
