Erica Landis is an energetic learner and educator, eager to contribute to the modernization of the scientific enterprise by supporting evidence-based policies, and advancing rigorous, transparent, and accessible science. She is passionate about finding the most robust ways to promote innovative health research.Erica was previously a AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow in the Immediate Office of the Director at the National Institutes of Health. Prior to her fellowship, Erica earned her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Emory University studying the effects on environmental light on eye growth and the development of nearsightedness. She was honored as the 2018 Emory University Neuroscience Scholar of the Year and a Presidential Management Fellowship Finalist.
