In my role as both advisor and operator, I offer Fractional CRO & COO services and support clients in optimizing their GTM processes for sustainable growth.Additionally, I continue my role at Concora, where I initially joined the Board to advise on sales and then transitioned into the CEO role where I spent 3-years modernizing the business and preparing it for the next phase of growth. Prior to Concora I had a brief role at Omnitracs as head of services, where in six months, I transformed the business through fiscal responsibility and increased utilization. Previously, I was a sales leader for SAP’s telco and retail groups and ultimately served as VP of Innovations Services and Solutions, an organization developing bleeding-edge software for clients in Fin Serv, retail, healthcare, CPG, Utilities, Oil & Gas and the public sector. There, I grew margin, increased customer satisfaction and saw sales triple over 8 years.I learned sticktoitiveness as a latchkey kid in Pittsburgh who never went west of the Mississippi until college, but I learned a whole new meaning to the concept of persistence after having a micro-preemie child, feeling both powerless and proud of his endurance. It’s part of why my daily mantra is to empower others to affect change, and why I’ll be rowing alongside everyone else when things need to get done.
