As a consultant, I held various roles that built/advised analytics projects creating better and easier to use platforms, processes, and insights. Contributions include:DC Department of Health Account:● Senior Data Analyst, Sprint Project Manager: COVID DC Health Dashboards ProjectDuring this project, I worked as an analyst to add KPIs and visualizations to several COVID tracking dashboards. In addition, I created tasks to track sprints within a team of 5 and researched backend application additions to Tableau.● Business Analyst, Project Manager, Senior Data Analyst: DC Health Database Migration ProjectDuring this project, I worked with one other consultant to understand the new database’s data requirements, managed the Ghantt timeline for the migration including 6 DC health employees, and worked with one other consultant to check the legacy data of 50+ features.● Analytics Business Analyst: DC Health Provider Enrollment ProjectDuring this project, I served as the business analyst of a team of 8+ people to detail a legacy vaccine provider enrollment process built out of Quickbase. As the analytics consultant, I, with 2 other consultants, identified bottlenecks and manual processes. As the business analyst, I documented findings daily and detailed work products for further staffing. In addition, I served as the overall summarizer for all 3 DC Health projects, emailing the larger team of 15+.● Analytics Designer: DC Health Syndrome Alert System ProjectDuring this project, I created the design plan for the development of a Tableau-based alert system for the department’s data team. The system improvement would notify data employees of potential health outbreaks based on the combination of symptoms that patients reported at different hospitals. I provided a backend outline of their legacy system that included custom code and forecasting algorithms, a new process design and a Tableau mockup that was presented to DC Health product owners for development.

Mass General Brigham Account:● Management Consultant: Employee Training Program ProjectDuring this project, I worked with their chief data architect to coordinate requirements and training needs for a new data platform and analytics division. The created plan was presented and given to senior leaders for development.Ford Motor Company Account:● Analytics Consultant, Dashboard Developer: Ford KPI, Cohort Analysis DashboardsDuring this project, I worked with an internal analytics team to assist in building dashboards that included algorithms for like sales and cohort analysis.

* As an analyst in the Business Consumer division, I created dashboards that could easily and more accurately explain to internal executives the spending results of our clients. In addition, I conducted data modeling analyses of portfolio buyer and supplier concentrations, contribution to growth, and other ad-hoc data analysis to better identify the drivers of potential spending changes/risks in their supplier relationships.* With this, I modernized the division's SAS data environment which resulted in uncovering $2B dollars in system reporting errors.

Traffic 21 is a transportation research institute of Carnegie Mellon University.

* As an analyst, I worked to optimize IBM’s global data systems in order to retrieve more accurate sales results at the customer level. In addition, I created financial models for the forecast teams, helping to set targets for new business lines and IBM’s strategic imperatives.

* (Completed 2019-2020) SEO is a corporate diversity partner and student mentorship program. The non-profit's mission is to bridge the opportunity gap for underprivileged high school students and provide skilled diversity recruiting for corporate organizations.In addition to completing their internship training program in 2013, I served as an 11th Grade SEO Scholars Mentor. In this role, we would work with the mentee every other weekend to prepare them for various college processes.

* (Completed 2020-2021). As a pro-bono consultant for the NY Net Impact Service Corps, I, with a team of 4 other volunteers, worked to provide business and market strategy services to a local social entrepreneur whose goal was to develop a mental health app. We provided a full business and market plan write up and presented it to the Net Impact organization.

* (Completed Feb 2022) As an Accenture volunteer consultant, I analyzed human trafficking survey data from the UN Office of Drug and Crime to uncover key variable relationships involved in trafficking scenarios. I then proposed an algorithm to determine the likelihood of trafficking occurrences in the surveyed area.

* (Completed May 2021) As a volunteer data scientist in a team of 4, I used clustering and decision tree algorithms to identify population groups that have an unmet need of public transit during a four-month data science social good project.
