With nearly twenty years in design, Erica Lax comes with a wide range of experience creating a multifaceted designer that enhances every aspect of the complete design process. The ability to analyze a project from the initial design concept through design development, construction documents, pre-construction, project management, FFE install, and all of the details in between make her a valuable asset to the whole team. Erica infuses a bit of Colorado organic modern in all of her projects but craves a design challenge and opportunities to show off her ever-evolving style. Her uncanny ability as a visionary of the project in totality allows her to lead every supporting sub-contractor and vendor of the project to ensure the design intent is consistent from the first concept to the finishing touches. Erica believes that good design is both functional and beautiful - it just takes a combination of experience, knowledge and creativity to make it possible. With her seasoned experience, Erica is able to successfully work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks and projects both independently and in a team environment. While her love of design makes each project feel unique, intentional, and cozy - no matter what the style she is asked to create.
