Coordinated and facilitated on-site group orientations to employees regarding unemployment insurance, education and training opportunities, medical insurance, pensions, and other resources available to workers during their transition form employment to unemployment. Also developed and conducted job searching workshops on resume writing, interviewing techniques, branding, labor market research and career planning.Developed a company visitation program to consult employers on local, state, and federal programs which focused on job creation.
