Hi Friend, I’m Erica - a postpartum centric full spectrum doula passionate about driving change at the intersection of public health and social justice, I am dedicated to advancing systemic change in birth, postpartum and reproductive equity. Currently working:🌟 As Director of Accountability & Education at JustBirth Space, I lead initiatives that empower survivors of birth trauma and promote accountability in maternal healthcare. With a commitment to community engagement and the pursuit of health equity for all individuals, I have had the continued honor to support thousands of families through the facilitation of our weekly pregnancy and postpartum support groups.🚀 As Co-Founder and CEO of Birdsong, a dynamic doula-centered maternal health and education brand, including comprehensive doula trainings and mentorship programs, I've spearheaded rapid expansion and transformative impact in the field.
