• Provide passenger service at check-in, flight information desk, arrival / transit hall and boarding gate• Conduct document checking, seat assignment, data entry, queue management and excess baggage collection• Developed multi-tasking and problem solving within processes• Willingness to take long-hour shifts, learn new skills and take responsibility
