The Bronfman Fellowship is a transformative, free, year-long program for intellectually curious Jewish 11th-graders who like to think outside the box. Our pluralistic group of 26 Fellows embark on a transformative, deeply personal journey, beginning with a 5-week summer seminar in the US and Israel: a space where young people who want to see the world through a lens broader than their own can explore issues with depth, candor, and joy, while forming friendships to last a lifetime.

I design and teach portions of the Cornerstone curriculum to help fellows (exemplary camp staff members) gain Jewish programming skills and build their leadership skills. I lead specialty track sessions, elective sessions, and program development sessions on experiential Jewish education; I've helped develop and implement opening and closing activities for the entire fellowship; and I am responsible for the Israeli dance portion of nightly music and dance experiences.

Major accomplishments: • More than quadrupled reach from <500 to >2,000 professionals from 2017-2020• Lead on design, facilitation, and coordination of all professional development programs, including instructor recruitment and management, curriculum support, marketing, and budget• Key designer of 2022 and 2019 conferences, events which exceeded both registration and participant experience goals and included over 1,200 professionals of all levels from executive leadership to associate-stage contributors• Increased revenue to 250% of 2017 position; managed all finance, budgeting, and purchasing activities including oversight of annual audit and Finance Committee • In 2021, led the process for rebrand, new logo, new website, and communications strategy overhaul• Responsible for all aspects, including project management, of JPRO’s varied professional development and networking programs from conception through execution and evaluation • Continually create and improve communications on all public channels including newsletter (60% subscriber increase) and all social media and websitesGenerally, cultivate organization-wide culture of transparency and collaboration; manage all finance, budgeting, and purchasing activities; oversee donor and member database; prepare and present board reports; supervise Associate Director of Program and Evaluation (and other staff members at various times) and consultants; oversee the growing DEIJ (diversity, equity, inclusion and justice) work of the organization, and work to continually improve all programs, operations, and policies in support of the JPRO mission.

I oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of JPRO’s varied professional development and networking programs including the planning, organizing, and leading of these activities. I ensure that daily operations run smoothly; I manage all finance, budgeting, and purchasing activities; oversee our donor and member databases; provide support to the CEO in preparation of board reports, task force administration, thought administration, and our amazing biannual conference; produce communications materials including newsletter content and design; manage all public websites; supervise the Program and Evaluation Manager, Operations and Engagement Manager, and social media and other consultants; oversee the DEIJ (diversity, equity, inclusion and justice) work of the organization, and work to continually improve the operations systems, processes and policies in support of the JPRO mission.

Dance Director for Camp Alonim and Gan Alonim. Responsible for all dance events at all sessions of overnight camp for kids ages 7 to 17 and day camp for younger children, including teaching daily dance classes, running twice daily all-camp open Israeli dance sessions, special Shabbat dance sessions, and preparing campers for performances in weekly talent show. Oversee a staff of four assistants. From 2004- 2008, also programmed and led annual Dance Weekend, a three-day weekend of intensive dancing and dance-related activities.

Oversaw design of Israel curriculum for all campers and helped Goodman Fellows (other staff members) implement that curriculum as part of the Goodman Camping Initiative for Modern Israel History, a program of the iCenter and the Foundation for Jewish Camp to help integrate Israel Education into summer camp programming.

West Hills, Ca

(2013-2014) Coordinated all aspects of exchange program with Ironi Tet High School in Tel Aviv, in which American students host Israeli students for two weeks and then travel to Israel for three weeks. With Director, devised and implemented travel itinerary on both sides and design and implement educational curriculum for the American trip, including preparatory lessons before travel to Israel. Chaperoned and oversaw all aspects of the trip to Israel; also chaperoned this trip in 2012 and 2013 before becoming Coordinator.As Administrative Assistant (2011-2014), handled all paperwork, planning, communications, and logistical needs for all four current exchange programs: one three-month and two three-week exchange programs with three Tel Aviv high schools and one three-week program with Escuela Integral in Montevideo, Uruguay.

2007-2014 Israeli Dance Teacher. Taught all ninth-grade students as part of required Jewish arts rotation; taught beginner and advanced classes for upperclassmen. All classes included history, culture, and influences of Israeli dance as well as repertoire and skills. Full-year elective classes included performance and choreography components as well.Spring 2013 Teacher, English 10 Honors. While in residence in Tel Aviv, assumed all teaching and assessment responsibilities for students who were studying in Israel on three-month exchange program.2008-2009 Assistant, Educational Technology. Assisted with all technological installations, maintenance, and faculty guidance as needed, including trouble-shooting laptop and internet problems, equipment management and setup for presentations, and faculty training on infrastructure and school-wide software applications.

Responsibilities included designing, overseeing, and performing the annotation andevaluation processes used in recognizer model assessments, usability assessments, and other application tuning procedures, as well as designing, writing, and reviewing voice user interface specifications. Developed a talk about voice user interface design and speech recognition systems and presented it to many major customers in Europe and at the 2001 Speech Technology Summit in London. Was responsible for training other members of user interface group in design techniques and technical subjects. Co-authored "Voice Portals-Where Theory Meets Practice" International Journal of Speech Technology Vol. 4, July 2001.
