Full ownership of annual budget and optimized for revenue based on spend. • Managed daily operations across Google, Yahoo and MSN in terms of sourcing, trafficking, pruning, black-listing, white-listing, reevaluating keywords. • Developed bidding strategy for different keyword segments based on volume and conversion data. • Designed brand-right ad copy and tested variations to drive click-throughs and other conversion events. • Consecutively exceeded quarterly targets for spend to revenue optimization. - Work closely with Merchandisers and Buyers to identify opportunities and spot trends in site usage and conversion. Using Coremetrics, a webanalytics tool, understand where customers are coming from (email, natural search, paid search, affiliate marketing), where they are going through the site (homepage analysis, category page analysis, product page analysis and checkout analysis). - Collaborate with Producers to drive enhancements and new business initiatives based on analytical data. Establish website interaction metric baselines and work to evaluate the success of changes made to the website experience. - Develop monthly bridal reporting and analysis to increase online Bridal registrations and average potential value of an on-line registry. - Develop Bazaarvoice monthly reporting for continued analysis of use of customer reviews to increase site conversion.

- Analyze site traffic and conversion metrics to optimize site usability, navigational structure, product placement and conversion for Men and Kids categories. - Collaborate with Buyers to develop product messaging that target business goals and respond to web analytics data. - Utilize on-site search tool, Mercado, to monitor search traffic and develop search-merchandising strategies. - Manage daily execution of product placement, promotions and cross sells. Maintain homepage linking and analyze traffic results.
