•Directed end-to-end design process for apparel and accessories, a $200M+ annual business with over 1200 styles across 20 categories.•Hired, trained and mentored direct reports including a manager, designer and two assistant designers. Categories included cover-ups, scarves, cold weather, fashion hats, handbags & belts. •Introduced weekly cross functional team meetings, resulting in a more efficient process for design approvals and calendar deadlines.•Streamlined product development process and expedited proto development with factories by sending them concept packets in advance, which included trend, color, print and fabric direction.•Assured brand and design integrity while on-boarding and managing licensing teams across the following categories: athleisure, loungewear, intimates, swim, cover-ups, legwear, kids apparel, shoes, handbags, sunglasses and watches.
