Direct team of engineers responsible for the nationwide network infrastructure of Enterprise Fleet Management. Provide project scope and define IT roadmaps to facilitate high availability and secure IT Infrastructure environments around critical IT systems with minimal downtime and/or impact. Promoting shared documentation, accountability, ownership, communication, and improvement.

Manage all IT operations in areas of systems administration, network LAN/WAN, Cloud infrastructure, VOIP, CRM, 24/7 monitoring and uptime, contingency planning, policy management, security, team project management, delegation, and training. Provide security audits, contingency planning, B&R, retention, inventory management, and maintain proper patching. Decreased budget costs and expenditures that were unneeded decreasing overhead. Lead Project Manager on brand new facility design; successfully moved the company through 2 separate relocations. Upgraded all conferencing rooms Miracast, MS Teams, and Logitech. Deployed all employees to remote work at home in an intentional deployment minimizing downtime. Implemented Active Directory converting to ecg.com domain and integrated Azure with SSO and MFA. Negotiated purchase of ecg.com and conversion of existing ecommerce site. Converted business from GMAIL for Business to o365 remotely; converted from Hangouts to Teams, integrated SharePoint and Zoho CRM. Technologies utilized VMWare, Windows Server 2019, o365, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, AWS, Route 53, S3, EC2, IAM, VPC, Zoho CRM, Avast, Meraki, Cisco CJP VOIP, and much more.
