Researched how Starfish Retention Software, an early alert system for student success, could be best be utilized to meet the needs of the University of Mount Union. Collaborated with various departments to ensure Starfish met specific programmatic needs. Created over thirty tracking items in the system, including flags, kudos, referrals, and to-dos. Designed training materials for faculty and staff. Created and implemented four-week progress surveys for all students. Assessed faculty and staff view points on Starfish's effectiveness, ease, and efficiency.

Worked collaboratively with the committee to assess university departments on CAS standards. Adjusted previous data sets from twelve departments to meet new CAS standards. Analyzed data collected from multiple on-campus sources to determine and correct discrepancies. Identified areas of strength and improvement for different functional areas, as well as for the campus as a whole.
