As an Instructional Designer, I led the design and rollout of a comprehensive leadership development program, equipping First-level, Mid-level, and VP-level leaders with skills aligned to our organization’s leadership competencies. I successfully converted the University from the Sakai to the Canvas learning management system. I designed, developed, and updated an asynchronous student training course for Canvas and trained faculty on using the platform. As the primary point of contact for Canvas-related questions, I provided support to faculty and utilized Articulate Storyline to develop interactive SCORM packages for Canvas courses. I delivered training on Blackboard Collaborate and Blackboard Ultra to adjunct faculty, facilitated workshops on Universal Design, Backward Design, and Course Redesign, and guided faculty in the development and implementation of online and hybrid courses. Additionally, I collaborated with the Instructional Design team to create online training modules for measurable learning objectives and Canvas training for faculty.

I managed a team of five associate tax preparers across two locations, overseeing recruitment, hiring, and training processes. I developed and delivered orientation programs, coached employees, and managed payroll and scheduling. I analyzed and implemented office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, I assisted clients in a professional tax office setting, prepared personal tax documentation for federal and state taxes, and addressed client complaints and concerns to ensure high-quality service.
