I'm a reporter, editor, product thinker and newsroom leader with years of experience working in nonprofit newsrooms. Most recently, I was the Managing Editor at Mountain State Spotlight, an independent civic news organization dedicated to producing "sustained outrage" journalism for the citizens of West Virginia. Previously, I spent more than a decade in public radio, reporting, editing and leading the newsroom at Louisville Public Media. These days, I'm wearing a lot of hats and pursuing journalism projects that pique my curiosity.
